From your Proclaim menu select Proclaim Desktop.
Select Queries, CDS6 and Display CDS6 cases for any given month.
Select the month where the cases should be, if no cases are displayed run the above search again and enter the previous month.
Open the last case in the results and check whether the cases are in the last CDS6 case.
If they are please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
