My cheques will not print

Click into the Search bar on the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.

Type Printers & Scanners (it should say system settings next to it).

Click to open Printers & Scanners.

You will now see a list of all the Printer Devices that are connected to your PC.

Check that the printer you wish to print your cheques to is in this list and online.

Check that you can print a word document to this printer.

If the word document does not print you can select a different printer until the document does print.

If the Word document does print then you know this is the printer to select from proclaim.

Open the cheque printing program from the main menu in Proclaim.

Now check which printer is selected towards the right of the screen, click on the dropdown to select the printer you wish to print to.
