To ensure double sided duplex printing occurs, follow the steps below:
Add the printer called Adobe-Duplex to the PC and ensure it is installed locally on the machine i.e. not shared from a server (This can be a copy of the same printer already in use). In Printer Properties, check that the printer is configured as having a duplexing unit (this is normally on the 'Configuration').
Set the printer to always duplex in windows and Do not add Adobe-Duplex to proclaim printers table.
Set the form you wish to print as duplex to duplex print in Workflow Maintenance in Proclaim.
When printing the form, Proclaim will then look for a printer called Adobe-Duplex and send the job to this to Print.
