You will need to crash out of Proclaim.
Right click on your Task Bar at the bottom.
Select Task Manager.
Highlight Open Edge Graphical Client on the processes tab.
Click End Task - this will kick you out of Proclaim ready to log in again.
Now load the matter ledger in client matter enquiries.
Make a note of the Matter Number and Bill or Disbursement that you were trying to allocate your office credit to.
