Press Alt and Space on the keyboard (you may see a menu appear) and then the M key
The mouse cursor will change to a cross and you can then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to pin the window to the cursor and then place this in the desired place on screen.

Hover your cursor over the Proclaim icon on the Taskbar.
Hover your cursor over the preview screen for the window that is not appearing.
Right-click the preview screen and select Minimise then Maximise.
If you have followed these steps and it has not resolved the issue then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
