If you are having any issues with Proclaim opening up, change the screen scaling by follow the steps below:
Right click on the Windows desktop.
Select the Display settings option in the popup menu.
Find option of Scale/scaling and set it to 100%.
Apply the changes and get the user to log back into Proclaim to test.
You may need to restart the computer to make the changes permanent.
