This has been linked to an older version of OpenEdge being used. Version 11.7.6 or higher will be required. In order to check the installed version locate the Proenv program on your Start menu, this will display the full version number.
If an update is required an installer for 11.7.6 can be found here.
It's important that you check the properties of the Zip file and Unblock if Windows is blocking it, once done you can extract and run the installer.
If this is a terminal server then make sure all users are fully logged off and the server is in install mode if required.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a Database Server or a Web Services server please contact Support as the install will need running manually to ensure this still works. If you're not sure then open Task Manager and go to the Services tab, if there is an Admin Service for OpenEdge then do not run the installer.
