You can add reports onto the batches for a screen, these can be done by following these steps:
From the Main Menu go into the Advanced Report Configuration.
Select SCREEN REPS.
Select NEW and add them onto the correct screen eg Client Matter Enquiry.
Put the report number in for the report required.
Click SAVE.
To amend you follow the above steps but select UPDATE and amend the name of the report.
As a user you may not be able to do this and will need to raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
