This can be found in the Action Type Maintenance, follow the below steps:
From the Main Menu go to the Proclaim menu.
Select the option System Maintenance.
Select The plus sign next to Table Maintenance.
Then Action Type Maintenance should be there to see the break down of the codes.
You can also add new ones to the list.
