When you add a new Posting Type to show in the slips via the Proclaim Desktop you can add in Bank details for the payee.
To add a new Posting Type:
From the Main Menu select SmartPost Maintenance.
Select NEW.
Pick the Transaction you require.
Put all the details in like the Narrative and Payee and Bank Code.
Add the bank details in Sort Code/Bank Acc for the company/person the Posting Type is for.
Make sure you add the Clearance this is the number of days you want the monies to take to clear if you are wanting the monies to be uncleared to a certain date.
Select SAVE.
To update a Posting Type already there:
From the Main Menu go into SmartPost Maintenance.
Select UPDATE.
Add or change the Sort Code/Bank Acc box/Clearance.
Select SAVE.
