This feature is specific to only the main task list and cannot be used within the case-specific task lists.
System administration required to activate this feature
If you do not already have access to this within Proclaim, a system administrator can add the required System Parameter by following the steps below. Alternatively, raise a support ticket and quote this article for a support agent to add it on your behalf:

1. Enter the System Parameter Maintenance Program.
2. Click on New and then within the key field type Tasks.
4. Within the Code field type Allow Multi Task Action.
5. Within the Value field type Yes and then click Save.
7. Exit the program.
To Action Multiple Tasks
From the menu on the left, click Tasks.
To select multiple tasks, on your keyboard, hold down the Ctrl key.
Select the appropriate tasks, then right-click and click Action.
On the question box, click YES.
Note: The system removes the tasks from the task list and populates the appropriate information into the case history of that case.
