Allowing Users to post to two periods

If a user is unable to post in to both open periods, it is likely that they have a setting allocated within User Profiles that is preventing them from doing this.

Your Proclaim System Administrator can update the Users Profile by following the steps below:

  1. Enter the User Profiles program.

  2. Select the User and click Update.

  3. Select the Proclaim Accounts Tab and untick the box titled Post to Current Period only?

  4. Save and Exit the program.
