If documents automatically print off after editing them, then direct printing will be switched on in user profiles and need to be turned off:
Enter the User Profiles program.
Select the User and click on the EMAIL/PRINTING tab.
Click UPDATE and untick the Direct Printing tick box.
Click SAVE and EXIT.
If you do not have access to user profiles, please contact your Proclaim Administrator. Alternatively, please raise a new case online referencing the error message.
