Documents keep auto printing

In a situation where direct printing is disabled, however documents continue to auto print there are multiple aspects that we can use to ensure that this does not occur.

Firstly, the users can choose to untick the box at the top of the action window which would normally tell the document to be printed immediately, this however is only in a situation where auto print is meant to be enabled for the users.

The more lasting fix can be addressed by following the below steps :

  1. Open User Profiles.

  2. Select User.

  3. Go to the authorization tab.

  4. Look at the Auto-print section and untick any action that does not need to be printed immediately when created.

The changes should take effect immediately without having to logout the user and logging them back in but as a standard procedure for any changes made to the system we would always recommend that you request the user to re-log into proclaim.
