This Behaviour can indicate an issue with Proclaim writing to the proshut log. This can be down to a permissions issue, which will need your IT to ensure the relevant read/write permissions are applied to the correct location, or an issue with the file pathing stored within proclaim that points to this log for the auto user logout process (AUL).

To check the file path for AUL, please follow the below steps:

  1. Open System Parameter Maintenance.

  2. Scroll to the following entry.

    1. KEY: support notify.

    2. CODE: Proshut Log File.

    3. VALUE: \\SERVERNAME\Prodisk\Proclaim\_docs\Logs\AUL\AUL.txt (note this is an example).

  3. You will now need to check the location within the VALUE field exists, the log exists, and everything in the pathing is spelled correctly.

  4. If necessary, you can update the file pathing from here by clicking Update and clicking into the Value field and make the amendments.

  5. Once updated, Save and Exit the System Parameter Maintenance tool.
