These error messages appear when a user's profile is set to go to a tab they don't have available to them when opening Proclaim Desktop, usually either the Mail Box or Calendar. To correct this follow the steps below:
Change the tab which Proclaim Desktop initially opens.
Enter the User Profiles program.
Select the User, and click on UPDATE.
Select the CASE GENERAL tab.
Navigate to the When opening Proclaim Desktop, go to this tab first' area.
Make a selection from the dropdown list that the user has available to view in Proclaim Desktop.
Click SAVE and EXIT.
If you or your System Administrator does not have access to User Profiles, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
