Error 'SCCUT initialization Failed' when logging into Proclaim

On the relevant server put it in install mode with all users logged out. Open a Command Prompt and type' change user /install'

Run the Proclaim components OCX and OIX as administrator. Run the OCX and OIX from the proclaim install folder, you can do this manually by going into:

​ servername:\\prodisk\proclaim\foldername install\cd\proclaim components\ find OCX and OIX folders both will have an .exe for you to run as administrator.

Then switch server back to execute mode and log in and test. In Command prompt type 'change user /execute'
