A setting in User Profiles dictates where the Batch Scanning file path location is. This can be found by following the steps below:
Enter the User Profiles program
Select the Default User and click Update
Select the MAIN tab and navigate to the Document Folders section.
Populate the Batch Scanning field with the folder path you would like to send the Batch Scanning to.
E.g. \\SERVERNAME\Prodocs\_docs\batch
Click SAVE and EXIT.
Note: The default user is the general path for everyone to use. Private folders can be set up individually in user profiles by setting a local location for a specific user.
