If the arrows don't appear for Incoming post for Batch scanning, follow the steps below:
Open User Profiles.
Find the user and click on Update.
Go to the other software tab.
Tick the Batch Scanning box.
Sign the user out and back in again.
Test it should work now.
If you or the Proclaim admin don't have access to User Profiles, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
