A setting in User Profiles allows batch scanning to be sent to a private folder. This can be achieved by following the steps below:
Enter the User Profiles program.
Select the User and click Update.
Select the MAIN tab and navigate to the Document Folders section.
Populate the Batch Scanning field with the folder path you would like to send the Batch Scanning to.
Click SAVE and EXIT.
Please note that although anything this user now scans will only be visible to themselves, they will still be able to see items scanned to the default folder.
