Items not appearing in Batch Incoming Mail

There is a setting in User Profiles that needs to be activated in order to facilitate batch scanning. This can be achieved by following the steps below:

  1. Enter the User Profiles program

  2. Select the User and click Update

  3. Select the Other Software Tab

  4. Within the Scanning section, ensure Batch Scanning is selected

If you or your Proclaim Administrator does not have access to the User Profiles program, please raise a support ticket and quote this article.
