This issue has come about due to increase security settings from Office that are flagging the Proclaim documents as they are opened over the network rather than a local document.
This can be resolved by adding the Server _Docs path to the Trusted Sites list via the PC's Internet Options. Details on this can be seen here:

To locate the Server _Docs path:
Open User Profiles
Keep the Default profile selected and browse to the Main tab
At the bottom-left you will see the entry for Server _Docs
