Can't print memos from Proclaim Desktop

If you can't print file notes from the history of the case, follow the steps below:

  1. Open User Profiles.

  2. Select your profile or the relevant user's profile.

  3. Open the Email/Printing tab.

  4. Click Update and untick the PCL Printing check box.

  5. Save and get the user to log out and back in again.

  6. Ask the individual to check they can now print file notes.

If this does not work then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
