Can't print file notes from History

If you can't print file notes from the History of the case, follow the step below:

  1. Open User Profiles.

  2. Select the correct User.

  3. Open the Email/Printing Tab.

  4. Click Update and untick PCL Printing check box.

  5. Save and get the user to log out and back in again.

  6. Ask the individual to check they can now print file notes.
