Error: 'The Accounts Practice does not match the case branch code can not post to the matter'

Follow the steps below to update the branch on the case/matter:

  1. Open Proclaim Desktop and load the case code up.

  2. Find the Branch reference field in on of the screens on the case.

  3. Select update and change the Branch reference to be what is required to link to the correct Practice code.

  4. Select Save on the bottom of the screen.

  5. If the case is dead then this will need to be made live before the Branch reference field can be updated.
