If you are having an issue with Names defaulting to lower case within Proclaim, Automatic Case Conversion can be done within the specific correspondents in the Name Search in Proclaim Desktop:
Open Proclaim Desktop.
Enter Name Search.
Open the given Correspondents.
Ensure the tickbox on the left of the specific field is ticked so the name automatically capitalises.
The name correspondent should now default with capital letters.
