Change my details that automatically appear in correspondence

It's possible to amend the user details that automatically appear in correspondence by following the steps below:

  1. Select the Handler Maintenance program from the Proclaim toolbar.

  2. Select the User and click on UPDATE.

  3. Select the Case Types tab.

  4. Change the appropriate information within the Case Types screen.

  5. Click SAVE and then EXIT.
