To edit the number of lines in the history of a case that are listed by default please follow the below steps.
Sign in to Proclaim.
Open Proclaim Desktop/Main Case Handling and enter a case.
Click on the History tab in the case.
Right-click on a history item.
Click the Set Page Size option.
Type in the required number of history lines and click the tick button.
In order to toggle between presenting the history of the case in pages or one continuous list please follow the below steps.
Sign in to Proclaim.
Open Proclaim Desktop/Main Case Handling and enter a case.
Click on the History tab in the case.
Click on the tick box in the bottom right of the History screen.
The tick box will be ticket by default. When this has been done the tick box will reset when the case is exited.
