Please follow the steps below in order to copy history items in one case to the history of another case. This method will only work if your Proclaim version is 3.4.1_20200220.1 or newer.
Sign in to Proclaim and open Main Case Handling/Proclaim Desktop.
Open the case you need to copy the history items to and the one to copy them from.
Enter the history of the case you need to copy the history of and ctrl + click the items you need.
Right-click them and select Copy to another one of today's cases ...
Select the case you need to copy the items to and click ACCEPT.
Make any amendments you need to make and click ACCEPT.
Alternatively, please follow the steps below.
Sign in to Proclaim and open Main Case Handling/Proclaim Desktop.
Open the case you need to copy the history items to and the one to copy them from.
Enter the history of the case you need to copy the history of and ctrl + click the items you need.
Click and drag the items to the case that they need to be copied to on the left.
Make any amendments you need to make and click ACCEPT.
