Can the starting number of the case number sequence be changed?

The changing of case sequencing is often implemented prior to system go live before any new cases are created within Proclaim.

If you wish to change the sequence start number post go live, for example if the most recent case is 100019, and you want the next new case to have the reference of 200000, then this would also be possible. Any further new cases would then follow this sequence e.g. 200001, 200002.

If you would like this implementing in your Proclaim system, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Please Note, all users will need to be logged out of Proclaim while the update is implemented and the change will be distributed across all Case Types.
