Can I rename a Case Type?

The name of a case type is not referenced in any background code so changing this should not have any adverse effects. To rename a Case Type:

  1. Open Case Type Maintenance

  2. Select the Case Type you wish to rename

  3. Click Update

  4. Enter the required name

  5. Click Save

Please be aware that users may need to log out of Proclaim and back in to see the changes.
