To set this up, follow the steps below:
Complete the letter of authority form.
Please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
Add the completed letter of authority form to the case.
Warning: If your third-party access requirements change at any time, you'll need to let us know.

We'll require at least five days' notice to withdraw access to the third party.
