When new case types are added , name , address and other details need to be added to the Multi Case Types fields included in the bill layout.
Changing these detail requires working knowledge of Proclaim Advanced Reports and amending standard templates/reports.
If you do not have an administrator who can do this, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
