If you are using the GUID method for generating Secure Docs and then decide to login using the old non-GUID case login method (not supported) and sign individual documents, it breaks the GUID login as the Status etc goes out of sync.
Basically, you cannot login just using a Case Number you would need to set up the credential fields in Proclaim.
The password set up is on on page 21 of the manual.
If this does not work then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
