If all of your WEB licenses are currently in use by other users\procedures, you will need wait for a license to become available. It is possible to purchase more web licences if required.
To Check Web Licences in Use:
Open the Licences Program on your Toolbar for Proclaim.
Where it states web licences quantity it will also show in use number and available number.
To Check the Web Licences Purchased:
Open the Proclaim login box.
Left mouse click the Rosette.
This will show licences purchased.
