View current licenses
To view the number of Proclaim Licences you have, how many of these are currently in use, and who is currently using them, follow the steps below:
On the Proclaim log-in screen, right-click anywhere in the top blue bar.
Click on Show Licences Used…
If you are currently at the maximum amount of licences in use - you will need to ensure one of your colleagues signs out for you system.
Purchase new licences
Any requests to increase the number of licenses should be addressed to your account manager, alternatively if you do not have the information for your relationship manager please contact [email protected] to arrange the purchase.
Reduce Licences
To reduce the number of licences, please contact us via the Accounts Support Digital assistant here, where you can get help or raise the request.
