View current licenses
To view the number of Proclaim Licences you have, how many of these are currently in use, and who is currently using them, follow the steps below:
On the Proclaim log-in screen, right-click anywhere in the top blue bar.
Click on Show Licences Used…
Purchase new licenses
Any requests to increase or reduce the number of licenses should be addressed to your relationship manager or account manager, alternatively if you do not have the information for your relationship manager
please contact [email protected] to arrange the purchase.
If you are currently at the maximum amount of licences in use - you will need to ensure one of your colleagues signs out for you system.
