Access Cloud PC Hosted (Proclaim): New User Creation or Removal of user

You must complete a form for all user requests. You should download the user form here and complete it as a word document.

All user requests should be sent to [email protected] so that they can review and process any paperwork as required.

They will then send it on to the user admin team to action once this is complete. The admin team will reach out to you to confirm receipt of the case and advise on the timeframe. As User management for Cloud PC Hosted customers requires action by 2 departments, this is 3-5 days, so please ensure you give sufficient notice where possible.

Information required:

For a new user, you will need to provide ALL the following information on the form:
​

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Name of an active User to copy Proclaim Access from
    ​
    Additionally, please complete the following sections of the form:

  • Office

  • Office Address

  • Telephone Numbers (including Fax)

  • Job title
    Department
    ​

Not providing all the information will cause delays in the setup of users

Important: When removing a user - Please ensure you have moved, transferred, or downloaded anything you wish to keep from the Users OneDrive before requesting the removal, as this will be deleted as part of the removal process and can not be recovered later.
