Hosted New User Creation or Removal of user

You must complete a form for all user requests. You can download the user form here.

All user requests should be sent to [email protected] so that they can review and process any paperwork as required.

They will then send it on to the user admin team to action once this is complete. The admin team will reach out to you to confirm receipt of the case and advise on timeframe. Typically this is 3-5 days, so please ensure you give sufficient notice where possible

Information required:

For a new user, you will need to provide the following information on the form:
​

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Mobile number for DUO

  • Name of an active User to copy Proclaim Access from

Not providing all information can cause delays in the set-up of the user.

For any request involving a removal of a user (swaps or removal), please complete the boxes on the form and indicate whether you wish to keep the Users Windows Profile.

Removing a user involves the deletion of the Windows profile meaning any items from the Desktop, Documents, and Downloads folders will no longer be accessible. Please ensure you have moved, transferred, or downloaded anything you wish to keep before requesting the removal.


If you would like to retain the user profile, please speak with your account manager before submitting a request, as there are costs associated with retaining old user profiles
