On 1st April 2025 there are changes to the SDLT calculations where the temporary increase in the First Time Buyer threshold, and the increase in the nil rate band will come to an end. The stamp duty maths for SDLT will need to be changed to allow the rate to switch over based upon the completion date. You can book this change direct through the service catalogue.
