Reminder: Update to the MyAccess Support Portal Login URL

We want to remind you that the login URL for the MyAccess Support Portal (previously known as the Customer Success Portal) has recently been updated.

If you have the old link saved as a bookmark, you will now be directed to an error page when trying to access your account.

Please update any bookmarks you have saved to the new URL below:

Updating your bookmark will ensure you can continue to raise and manage support tickets, access resources, and find all your Access-related information without interruption.

If you experience any issues accessing the portal after updating your bookmark, please contact our support team.


Support for Proclaim is about to get even easier

We’re enhancing the way you access support for Proclaim. Soon, all support requests will be submitted through our new My Access Portal, offering a faster and more streamlined experience.


​Please note – you can still call and speak to our support team as usual. That isn’t changing.

Through the My Access Portal, you’ll be able to:

  • Get AI‑powered support 24/7

  • Use the Digital Assistant chat box

  • View and track your support cases

  • Access Help Centre guides and resources

What happens next?

You’ll soon receive a dedicated communication with more details about the change, what to expect, and the confirmed switchover date.
