This occurs when the user has not logged out and the file has not been written to the archive for retrieval and usually points to transaction backout for the user's session.

To check if the user has logged out that day please do the following:
On Proclaim Toolbar open User History.
At the top left, choose the relevant user from the option list.
Apply the filter with the tick at the far right top.
Check the date against when the file was created and if the user has disconnected, resets and not logged out then this is why the file cannot be retrieved.
