If the document was not saved in Proclaim we can't recover it from the archive.
However, please try the following:
If you have autosave on in Word, visit the Options tab to check that location.
The auto recover file location is shown in your Word options in the left hand column bottom if you open word on its own:
Look in %Temp% to see if the document is in your user temp directory.
