This issue is caused by the trust center on Microsoft Word, in order to get around this you will need to do the following:
Open Microsoft Word.
Click "File" at the top left of the screen.
Click "Options" at the bottom left of the "File" screen.
On the "Options" menu, navigate to "Trust Center".
Click "Trust Center Settings".
Select "Enable all Macros".
Click the "OK" button.
This should now stop the issue from occurring.
