Cannot Find DMSDOCS Failed to save the history record successfully NO HISTORY RECORD WILL BE WRITTEN

This is an issue caused by microsoft office's settings.

To resolve, in word:

  1. Click File

  2. Click options

  3. Click Save on the menu on the left side

  4. Tick "Don't show the Backstage when opening or saving files with keyboard shortcuts"

Try generate the doc again, it should now work.
