Archiving matters which have accounts balances

The Matter Archive program will not allow matters to be archived if they have Business/Office, Client or Deposit account balances. These must be resolved before the matter can be archived

Other archive settings can be found as follows:

  1. Select Accounts Administration from the Proclaim toolbar.

  2. Select System Settings.

  3. Select Matter Archive.
