Proclaim loading up without Accounts access

To resolve this you need to ensure that the Proclaim Toolbar has Accounts toolbar as a default:

​Note: To follow the steps below, we recommend logging in as an administrator.

  1. Click User Profile under the Proclaim option.

  2. Click System Design.

  3. Select the required user.

  4. Select the tab at the top Proclaim Accounts.

  5. In Defaults there's a Toolbar option, check that it has Accounts in it.
