Select Toolbar Details from the main menu.
On the PROGRAM tab click Accounts Administration.
Click UPDATE.
Bottom left type in the required password in the Password Box.
Retype in the Confirm box.
The password is now updated.
If you do not have access to Toolbar details then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
