Follow the steps below to enable the setting to allowing office account to be taken into credit.
From the main menu open User Profiles.
Click on the relevant name in the USERS tab listing.
Click on the PROCLAIM ACCOUNTS tab.
Click UPDATE in the General Postings section and change the drop down to the required status either Allow, Stop or Warn for the option Office A/c into Credit.
The option to take Client account into debit can be updated here if required, this is the below option in the same location:
βClient A/c into Debit this gives you the option to either Allow Stop or Warn.
