Case locked by another user

If you get an error saying that cases are locked by a user, please follow the steps below to unlock the case:

  1. Sign in to Proclaim and open Quickcase Record Browse.

  2. Search the case number and select show locked.

  3. Then highlight the case and select Unlock.

  4. Test it by entering the case within Proclaim Desktop.
