How to set a default action correspondent

A default action correspondent can be set by following the steps below.

  1. Enter the User Profiles program.

  2. Select the User, and click UPDATE.

  3. Select the CASE GENERAL tab.

  4. Navigate to the Case Type Parameters area.

  5. Select a case type from the Default Action Correspondent dropdown list.

  6. Select a correspondent from the Correspondent dropdown list.

  7. Click SAVE and EXIT.
